Bio Biz "Bio Grow" and "Bio Bloom" are good...also "Buddy" by Vitalink is good...

i would just buy nutrients from the hydro shop or online, but i think he means like bannanas since they carry potassium , im not sure putting this on your soil will do much but /shrug
