Good Nutes For Aeroponics

I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for nutrients to use with an aeroponic system that uses sprayers. I do not want any build up on the sprayers. I've heard I may have problems with Foxfarm since they are organic...would you guys suggest General Hydroponics, or Flora Nova, or anything else...help would be greatly appreciated. I am also not sure which brands are completely synthetic so if you guys could throw me some brand names that are trustworthy let me know. THnX

how's the system going? is your rex is clear, you should spray with plasti-dip...as for clogging, make sure everything is dissolved before mixing in your res, i have a nylon stalking on my water pump now to prevent chunks flowing into the sprayers.
i LOVE supernatural nutrients, they are doning me SO well, all synthetic...same as Super Nutrients from Advanced Nutrients but CHEAPER!

i was going to buy that system as well, but i decided to make one instead(before stalking) ...cost me 30 bux...DIY AND SAVE $$$

very nice system u got there. I purchased a pre-fabricated on on ebay...i have to say the service from them has been absolutely terrible so far. The lady's name is Stacie and she has no sense of customer service. Im going to make a post about it when it comes in as well as posting my correspondance with her. Ima follow your advice on the supernatural nutrients. I was also wondering if you could tell me where you purchased the sprayers to build your own like in the picture and how you got it all screwed in there nicely. Thanks bud.

i think i told you that i bought their ebb and flow system about a month ago...and you bought the aerosprayer kit...you posted something about that about a week ago am i right?
well, THEY SUCK!!! i HATE those poeple...they can't run a business bc they simply try to make their products as they are bought...you WILL be disappointed when you get your box that for sure...i think they recentely said they had an "emergency" right? sent you an email n everything am i right? haha...yeah...they suck...i straight asked for a refund after waiting for a month to get a friggin light from them...

as for the parts, i got the sprayers from osh, in thier irrigation systems section. i drilled holes that matched with the bit, and thenput telfon tape over the threads of the sprayers to make sure they stay and don't leak. easy as that...
you could also just buy 1/2" poly tubing and stick those into a PVC to poly adapter as well so you don't have to go through the trouble of drilling hole in the PVC.

I've never used sprayers for nutes, but I would think that liquid nutes would work better than powdered, like SuperNatural. I guess as long as you mix them well; the SuperNatural does seem to dissolve easily, and I've never noticed them coming out of solution. So any liquid nute will work well, as long as it's kept at a proper strength and pH. Those must be closely monitored in a system where the nute soup is the medium.

I built and use a 28 site aeroponic system.I use Fox farm Grow big, Big Bloom and Tiger bloom without any issue.Dont use any kind of powder nutes in an aero system whether disolved or not. The dry nute build up and clog the sprayer opening and with the red ones you have those clog very easy. I tried those and I have a 1000 gph pump and it still clogged and I had to make new mister lines 2 weeks in which sucked.Get a 9 buck filter bag.Its a special filter sown into a bag with draw strings. You put the pump in the bad tie it tight and drop it back in the res. Its a life saver.Wash all clay pebbles everal times as these can be clog culprit or drain sludge also.I luv the Fox Farm in the aero no problems at all.Tried GH podwer feed and hated life even when totally disolved as they cake up

Thank you all for your replies. Uhthomas I was wondering if you would be willing to do a review of their systems with me once it actually gets here. I'm going take some pictures of it and post the correspondence the lady sent me so people on the forum have some idea of how shitty their service really is.

Regarding the nutes though I am a bit confused, somone's saying to use powder nutes and dissolve it really well and somone else says not to because it could clog the sprayers? What to do?

honestly though, how ever way you go at it...just have some extra sprayers on hand...bc they'll clog no matter what you do sooner or later.

HELL YES i'll do the write up with you...people REALLY need to know how crappy their products and services are...

I'll post all of her email responses to me...just not how a customer should be treated when buying a $200 system...i have a feeling it'll be garbage too..but i 'm glad i can count on your help because the community just needs to be aware of this...and she keeps blaming all her mistakes on computer errors...like when she said my item shipped out last week...nope that was a computer mistake
