good for 3 plants?

hey im just curious about fucking with my lighting.... i have 3 plant on 4 13W 6500k CFL bulbs. i was thinking of stepping it up to 4 of these bulbs

i was thinking of using two for the veg stage and all 4 for flowering. what do you guys think?

6500k for veg and 2500k for flowering... forgot to add that to my post

i havent gotten my grow house delivered to me yet, as soon as i do ill set them up nicely. maybe 6 bulbs. the plants are super babies like not even a week. when do you say i should place them in the house?
