Golden goo balls found on plant stem

Does anyone have any idea what this is? It has the texture of Bho, and I found it on a stem of my g13 haze plant.

Maybe a sign of bugs? Idk, you tell me!

Egg sacks or scale insects most likely.

In case they were bugs i torched them. It expanded really far and smelled really odd. Not sure what it was still, but there appears to be no more of them on any of my plants. Interesting.
