Going to pickup crumble from a new supplier! Need help! Real or fake?!

My old supplier moved away, found a new guy but kind of eary buying from new people. 2gs of crumble for $45...how to tell if it's fake? I did a test on it, I put some on a spoon and melted it with a lighter, it melted after about a second but it bubbles, when it was lit it would turn to a golden brown residue then I dipped my finger on it and it hardened up like a clear coat on the tip of my finger, it was hard to come off. After I let the spoon cool, I seen some residue on it still so I thought I'd see if it would still melt and it just turned black, you could scrape residue off though. It smells like flower when you open it. Any other ideas to test it? I'm still new to the dabbing. It feels like crumble wax.

You could take a chunk and burn the edge and try to hand whisk some of it up toward you to get a whiff without taking too much in
