Hey guys so ive got some little black bugs on the undersides of my leaves. They resemble gnats but idk for sure. Just noticed two on one of the plants last night and killed them both. Today their are a few more but not alot under 5. They only stay on the undersides of leaves. I never see them on the soil or the tops of the leaves. I hope of their something bad i can stop them before its too late. Any and all input is appreciated. Especially any. organic homemade pest control

Hi tech grower,

I can't personally say.
But i'd say squish the bug, and maybe apply some neem.
One bug, no drama. Wouldn't worry too much at all.

Good luck

There more than one but not too many. Enough to raise an eyebrow. Heres a better pic
Hey man,

Try an image search online for "Fungus Gnats", and "Root Aphids".
Gnats have long pointy arses, a bit like a witches hat.
Root Aphids dont. They have curbed, butt shaped ends. Different wings too. (tbh your pic looks a little this way).
Find out right away.
If you can. Check your roots too. Especially on the inside of your pot. See if there are any nymphs, or crawlers.
The pictures aren't very clear, and its hard to tell, if im being honest.
I dont think some neen will hurt either.
Make sure you have sticky traps too. Even around your soil.

I hope they're not Aphids.
Good luck

Hopefully not root aphids, take measures to trap them and eradicate them if pissible, identify them after trapping. Search internets for yellow sticky traps.
