glove bags/portable glove boxes

has any one used a glove box or glove bag for sterilization purposes? how about an ionizer/air purifier? what was your experience with it?

I have an ionizer and absolutely love it, it makes the home smell like fresh spring air. I don't think anything can replace a proper glove box. Both would be ideal imo. Contamination is the biggest hurdle for boom farmin'

I've never used one for mycology but I'm plenty experienced with glove boxes. They're pretty easy to build. This is a pretty good paper http://www.erowid.org/archive/rhodium/chemistry/equipment/glovebox.html
