give me your opinion on my SEA of green

Hey yall,
I have a 6 plant system growing in a tuper (plastic) box with about 6 gallons of soil. I have a 150w HPS lamp at about 8 inches distance from the plants. Give me your opinion on this thanks.

here there are, let me know of any suggestions you have I am a noob...

also take a look at how they look now which is pretty decent, but I will be going away in spring break... do you think they will survive if I water them well before I leave, I will only be away for a week... let me know what you think thanks guys

they WILL DIE, and if heat is possible move them a little closer to the light, my girls are 3 inches from my 150whps, and not stretching

yes they look great. i left for 7 days i just filled up the drain pan with ph'ed water so they would suck it up. that was all good when i returned but them F~~KING spider mites got my ass while i was gone. point is, its not the the plant drying out and dyeing it could be bugs, heat, lights. them are the main things to keep in mind when you go away for awhile. good luck

so you would say soak them up well before leaving? cause its in my living room so no danger of pests... thanks man

mine were indoors when all that happend.

they will DIE. mygirls doesnt have a pest problem either, he had extra water laying out in his flood tray and it attracted insects

i left for 4 days well watered 8" pots and lost 7-12, you need a diy watering system or aqua globes (they only work in case of emergency's)

i love leaving a plant 5 days without water, infact i never leave a plant water for less than 4 days. watch how green the stems get.

and watch the speed of growth within 2 days of watering them.

sweet... so i got back and my plants are fine... a few of the older leaves got a little yellow but the plant itself is fine... I also transplanted it in to a sterlite box that has 69liters of soil volume... the plants are growing well... but i have two questions...

#1 do old leaves die to leave room for the budding branches sprouting out of the side of the stem?
#2 How long will it take for the plant to mature... its in the vegetative state right now...
