i got 2 gsc from my neighbor a few weeks ago. he called them girl scout. i started seeing these gsc posts and put 2 & 2 together. he said it came from calif. i'm about a week into flower. i didn't look through this whole thread, but are there any pics???

My friend has some "Fortune Cookie" seeds. Which are seeds found in the real GirlScoutCookies flowers. The real GSC has never been released to the public in clones, seeds, or entered a cup. They are planing to release pollen in the future though.

Hype for Girl Scout Cookies has finally died, I guess enough people have tried it now. Last years HIGHTIMES 'The strongest Strains on Earth' featured Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies and well it didn't even beat the Larry OG. I don't know if that's from seed or the actually Larry OG cut, but the Larry OG cut is much much better then the seeds.

So do I, I think names should be reserved for clones only. Seeds should be named like this (male name x female name) or (hermie name x female name) for example the crossing of (The Third Dimension X Lemon Larry OG) seeds should be called (The Third Dimension X Lemon Larry OG) and if there is a seedling liked then you can clone it and name it something new like 'Lemon 3D'.

I'm surprised some experienced smokers like you still haven't realized buds affect people differently... I've grown out flowers I was not in any way impressed with that others thought were fantastic... and flowers I thought were fantastic that the same people didn't find particularly special. So it's not surprising that some people are going to say girl scout cookies is not all that or wifi isn't or whatever strain that someone else says is awesome. Did we all just start smoking yesterday? ;)

As far as the GSC hype, it may be dying down in CA but other places outside CA the cookies hype is still going strong. it's funny the state i'm in currently... people never had real deal GSC or og kush (most of the time they probably don't even know the name of the strain they have or how it was grown), but it's what the demand is for...

Looking forward to trying some when I get moved and seeing if it's worth the hype for me personally :)

And superior products losing out to overhyped products is nothing new in the world for sure :)

not hear its still selling like fucken hot cakes depends who grows it thats a fact!!!! but its my number one patient dontation and been asked to only do cookies im not lien i realy dont care for it anymore.. but the people are still assking im from los angles area and am in the desert but its still the fastest one i got fire og, oboma, quang og, yoda alien skywalker og and gsc crosses and i was asked to just do the gsc crossed no lie.. gee im kinda fed up with it to tell you the truth i get board easy but i not lien i swear on everthing i have patients just asking for the cookies, moster cookies, forum cut, tripple platnuim cookies, pink lemonade cookies, and i already killed the pink lemonade cookies and the monster cookies they did leave the fastest out of my supply.. im from cali so cal side...

What's the big deal about GSC? I've only smoked a tiny bit of it. Is there something special about it's effects or taste? I ask because I have a Platinum GSC sitting in my tent that I got from a top shelf MMJ grower. I'm not sure what to do with her. I just keep supercropping her to keep her short and bushy.

it was never GIVEN out. but it was stolen in 2009. the ORIGINAL cut was out before thin mint. but im not gona spoil it for those who arent in the loop
