Gifting Cannabis

Hello peeps.I was thinking about ways to try to fuck over ocs and any retail spots in Ontario that will be peddling LP shit.I cant find anything definite to say if I could or could not do the following.What if you opened a "lifestyle" store and sold tshirts and papers.A customer could buy a tshirt or pack if papers for $160.00 and me being a nice guy as owner , gift the customer a oz of non lp weed.Any thoughts ?

Well your only allowed to have 30grams on person so what Happens after the first T-shirt sale? Do you close the store, go home and get another OZ?

Technically part of the purchase . . . Now free joints for anyone who comes in the store.

They'd find some excuse to bust you and close you down. Of. Course there is nothing saying that you cant gift someone an oz and they give you cash as a gift.. Just dont do it at the same time.

That's the best idea. I've thought about sitting outside Plantlife in Lloydminster and giving free joints to exiting customers. Tell them to compare this homegrown to what they saw inside.

I thought the limit was allowed to travel with up to 4 non flowering plants. Where does it say they can't be rooted?

I just re read it, youre correct. No more than 4 non flowering non illicit plants. I didnt see anything about travel.
