Gibberellin Hormone(germination)

I want to make sure my seeds germ. I bought 5 fem from attitude and only five because after buying all my stuff I am strapped for cash. I want to use Gibberellin hormone of Gibberellin acid to make sure that they germ. however I do not want any of my fems to hermi, which I heard Gibberellin can do. But I am confused because Gibberellin can do allot of stuff to weed. I will only put a little diluted solution on my seeds.... Will this increase the risk of hermi's. Also what else could this do to my fem's. I need a 100% germ. What is another best way of getting this.

sounds risky to me, but idk dont take that from me.

i just put them in a wet paper towel, and put the paper towels in a opened bag inside my dresser. i always get 100%. granted ive only done 10 seeds, but all 10 germinated..

I have had a 100% success rate with soaking overnight then into a moist paper towel in a ziplock bag until they crack open a little bit.
