3 gallon bucket wit a air stone in it and a 2 liter wit holes in it and styrofoam and pebbles seems to actually be doin aight no wilting or yellowing very stemmy due to light color waves or whatever, but i got a 400w hps ballast but a 250 bulb shit dont comply i got it for free. so i gotta buy a bulb its actually one of the ones you see on buildings its the square one that is connected to the building not the round ones that stick out. Anyways im sure it works its just the bulb doesnt comply. But when plugged in it hums away like it should be working. But on the ballast it say must comply wit 400w and then the bulb types like sc-104 or someshit which my bulb isnt so im hoping to step it up and go buy a bulb. its hard to find medium around here like i cant find those clay balls so i was wondering can i go full on perlite? or maybe ill just stick with styrofoam and pebbles. Working great just now i need to seperate them and its gonna be hard they are kinda too many. BTW using 2 plant lights around 10000 lumens im guessing but flouro so too much stem grow.

What size gravel and styrofoam did you use?
Does the sytyofoam float ?
Can you take a picture of the mix.
I want to use some ebb and flow system but i'm in India so i can't get perilite and vermiculocite. I was planing on using something like gravel, styrofoam, and coco fiber.
