Ghe ripening or ghe diamond nectar anyone used ?

Im using the ghe series the base nutrients

And the ripening and nectar sound interesting.

Nectar is used to add weight apparently

And ripening is to speed up final stages ... For whatever reason ... Slow finishing or plants have become infested or whatever it sends a signal to finish .

Do I need no.

Are they beneficial

Does ghe nectar effect bud density and weight at harvest does ripening speed up the final 2 weeks ?

tried ripening years back and it made the weed taste weird so you've been warned.

Used it once never again. Save your money/plants and don’t use it

the diamnod nectar should be some kind of fulvic acid, there is maybe some overall effect idk.
prob lots cheaper alternatives out there for this purpose too.
ripening is strange stuff, used it once too decades ago, dont see the purpose.
it may kind of works but its not good for the product nor the end weight.

I see nothing in these products that warrants the cost. And the nutrients they contain are already included in any decent nutrient.



Ripen Secret ingredient chlorine I'm not one of them but I'm sure there are growers that let their water sit out for the chlorine to evaporate that are using this product. People need to learn the basics of plant nutrition and to read the damn labels. And for the record, chlorine is not bad in small amounts found in tap water and is actually used by the plant.

whatever diamond nectar you have there ,mine is quite clearly fulvic acid whichs effect can be discussed.

it seems to be not very highly concentrated in comparsion to other fulvic acid products, so yea, price is so lala at best.

the chlorine seems to be halfway a typo, as it should be chloride which is of course something different then chlorine with its free radical and people want to get rid of in their water.
anyway ripen is complete bs, so true.

The chlorine in Ripen is not a typo. It is exactly what it says.

"Chlorine is a chemical element with the symbol Cl and atomic number 17"

Chlorides are compounds of other elements and chlorine. Potassium chloride, sodium chloride, calcium chloride, etc...

Chlorine is also used by the plant for photosynthesis.


And that label I posted was from the same stuff. Look at the back of the bottle.

It only takes a small amount of fulvic acid to turn any liquid dark.

If you want fulvic acid you can buy a 1 lb bag for $22. That bottle of Diamond Nectar is a complete rip off.

I use GH Flora Trio, I also add Armor Si, Diamond Nectar, CaliMagiC and Floralicious Plus.

My 2 cents: Diamond Nectar just seems to allow the plants to use my low-level feedings more efficiently. My last couple runs haven't had so much as a burnt leaf tip.

Armor Si is a must for me, because I don't use pest mgmt otherwise. And i am not claiming this as my IPM, but i feel like it "strengthens" my plant to the point where I don't even need IPM because everything is otherwise very clean. Boosts the fuck out of your pH.

Floralicious, as best I can tell, seems to really aid the plant in foliar aromatics but as far as final product, I grow great genetics anyway so it's hard for me to say if it adds anything to the smokable flower.

CaliMagiC I use religiously because I grow in cheap coco, and i get magnesium "tiger striping" almost as soon as i taper plants off of it.

Even as a fairly newer grower, I can personally attest to noticing the difference between my very 1st grow which was the Trio only, vs. my more recent grows with the added supplements.

my bottle dont list any NPK. anyway, no one saying its worth to buy this stuff.
its a years old bottle sitting on the shelf and i do have way cheaper sources for fulvics and humics, no worries.
below seems to be a real thin soup, oh btw its the soup is clear or "golden", things its been the humic acids which would turn it brown..


i only say i can hardly imagine there is 0.75% chlorine in the ripen.
its derived from potassium chloride, so ok there is the chloride, which plants do use of course.
but why they dont list it as chloride??
my chlorex cleaner is about 5% chlorine, and it can kill plants quite easily, due to its free radical.
...maybe its a language thing, in my language there is a clear difference made.

wouldnt you agree that the terms chlorine and chloride are often mixed up which leads to cnfusion?
theyre clearly not the same, every water report list them individually also.

I have to say chlorine varies from each water source. Sure small quantities are no bother and as u say are used by the plant.

But my water if left out 24hrs stinks like a swimming pool!

A simple bubbler is no hassle for me.

I don’t know what level is a suitable amount even from looking at my report. Just know it must be high as it smells pretty chlorinated compared to other taps I’ve had the pleasure from drinking from
