Forgive me if this is not in the right forum.
Also I have google searched for a few things..i did indeed find out a few things as well, but I joined a forum to speak to those people that know more than me, not to be told to go google it.
I even forum searched a few terms as well, not a lot pertaining to the information I want came up.
So here we go.
Since my state(texas) is still aways from getting any medical marijuana laws in place, I thought it would be a good idea to study up on what I need to get my shit in order to get a license/permit/ whatever.
I do not want to be the guy at the back of the line, waiting for an application for only a hand full of permits being issued in the first place.
I did a google search, there's a company that gives you "pre applying information" for those states that do not have any laws on the books yet....but I do not want to give them 99 dollars.
Iv looked at laws for colorado such as this :
Medical Marijuana Center: Retail operation from which Medical Marijuana Registry patients purchase Medical Marijuana and Medical Marijuana infused products. Medical Marijuana cannot lawfully be grown and infused products may not be produced with this license or within this facility’s premises:C.R.S. §12-43.3-402 et. seq.
Medical Marijuana Optional Premises Cultivation (OPC):
So I was curious, to those people out there that run, have run a medical grow, dispensary or both did you get a head start on paper work, did you get lucky on a license or permit, or what.
I know texas is a ways off, but I just want to be in the know. Any help would be great, websites, stories, your 3 cents, anything.
