Getting the Timing Right?

Having a little difficulty keeping my harvests in smooth rotation. My goal is to harvest once a month, using a 4k setup, harvesting half of the flower room each month, and then moving in new plants from the veg room to immediately replace the harvested plants. I'm definitely way off schedule, I've only got one side of my flower room filled at the moment, and only 6 girls vegging that are still pretty small. I've got some seeds on the way from attitude (maybe 2-3 weeks out?)
What can I do to best get things running smoothly? What schedules do you guys follow? When growing from seed/taking clones there is a ton of factors and different time-frames to take into account and I definitely need to get a schedule down.
Something along the lines of .. two weeks after this do this, germ these seeds then take these clones... and so on.

What schedules do you guys follow and how do you keep on track?

Thanks All.

I put three plants in every two weeks as I'm hanging three up, all clones of the same plant all the same height.. Try to avoid any variables and it will be smoother. Admittedly my timing isn't on point so I had to flower some small girls in the beginning till the heights caught up.. More so I would have something to cut down no matter the size a couple months out.

Thanks Indagrow, It can definitely be a pain, I'm trying to deal with probably 12 plants of so each month rotating, I guess the idea would be to pull 12 and have 12 ready to go in each around 2 feet, my issue is getting those cuties from clones/seedlings up to the right height in the right amount of time and have rooted clones/large seedlings ready to replace the 12 that got pulled from the veg room, and then in 1 months time have them large enough to flower.

I'm interested in this question too.

I'm sure someone will stop by who has their cycles down to a science, and shed some light on this for us!

Perpetuity is not that easy until you get established. The only way I could figure out how to do it is to have at least 3 separate grow areas:
1. clones/mamas,
2. plants in mid veg, and then
3. a flower room.
Of course the bloom room needs the most space but you can get away with a very small cabinet for use as a nursery & maybe a small size grow tent for an intermediate veg area. I do not need to always run all three all the time either but having three areas increases your options & makes timing photoperiods easier.
Use the power of 3: get a harvest every 3 weeks by going 3 weeks each in each veg area and then 9 weeks in flowering giving you a harvest every 3 weeks. See the sticky in the hydro section by Stinkbud called harvest a pound every 3 weeks- you don't have to grow hydro to use stinks perpetual system either- it's works on soil or coco or what have you but you do need to use clones - SBs system doesn't work without an established mama plant to clone from. Seeds take too long to veg out

I can't do 3 rooms. I can do 2 rooms at 5mx4m with a ceiling height of 8 foot. I'd be running an outdoor grow in the summer as well.

Then what'll happen is you'll need to end up using your flower room to veg sometimes... No big deal just makes timing a perpetual grow that much harder. Growing outside is not an option for me so I have to run 3 areas or I will run outta weed in between harvests
