for about two years now, my right side of my trapezius muscle tightens and causes a lot of strain. this causes an annoying pain that bothers me almost about 70% of the time when i'm awake.
thankfully it doesnt bother me when i sleep.
recently, these past 4 months i was diagnosed with persistent muscle spasms.
the strain on my right side of the trapezius radiates pain to other muscles throughout my back and that causes muscle spasms.
my doctor says i should take physical therapy and ive been doing muscle massages and stretches. these have been helpings a little and i am def. considering physical therapy.
i got prescribed with cyclobenzaprine and it doesnt really help.
it does sometimes but i hesitate taking them during the day because it makes me very sleepy.
im going to change my bad habits such as: bad diet, working out more, try to stress out less, and change my posture because i am a sloucher.
should i talk to a doctor about getting a medical card?
i'm getting desperate for pain relief
my roommate has his.
do you think all of this would qualify to possibly get one?
persistent muscle spasms and chronic pain
thanks for reading all.
ive been struggling and im getting to the point of going crazy
