well im in mass and my plants have another 2-3 weeks to go and im not worrying about it. its still like 55 degrees at night as a low, so another two to three weeks won't be a big deal. If they are really behind, just keep them going and if there still not ready by the first frost, then the day after the first frost go and clip them, you should be fine. post some pics though

I think there are a lot of us worried about the weather and the first frost sneaking up on us . If I can make it until Oct.7 the works is coming down the temp has been as low as 37 here so frost is not far away .

I'm hoping I can make it to October 20th. Thats how long it seems my plant will take. I hope it doesn't get to cold for it.

I'm 300 miles northeast of you (Atlantic canada)and I also have white widows. We've had frost already 2 nights ago but that is early for this area. The worst part for me is that they've only been flowering for about 3 and a half weeks(late start) , so I have to get at least 18 more days and am worried about another frost.I hope my babies can take at least one more light frost.

I hear ya man. I'm in Atlantic Canada too. It sucks this summer has been absolute bullshit. I'm starting to get bud rot and from what I can tell, the weather's not about to get much better... forecasting rain, drizzle, and fog until Sunday.

Here in Mass frost is near, I have one budding 5 weeks and one 4 weeks and I'll be lucky to get through Oct without a frost or worse a solid freeze. 10 day forecast calls for upper 30s but no frost, afraid I'll have to pick before there time but I guess it is what it is, keep my fingers crossed and cover them if we have frost warnings.Already flushing in anticaption of having to pick with out much notice if we get a freeze warning. Next year need to get them to bud earlier!!
