getting clones...

what are the consequences of being caught with a few clones in say.....ny? would that be the same as getting caught with full size females actually producing thc? how hard are they to attain? just kinda wondering, didn't find any info when i looked.....i'm not trying to buy any but like i was sayin i'm curious about how that works......thanks for any help

That site should be able to answer your questions about your state laws regarding pot. Look in the upper right hand side of the site. There's a drop down box where you can select your state and find the laws.

well it's not a seedling, so it WILL be counted as an entire plant, even without roots, but there have even been stories of clippings (trimmed leaves, stems, dead plants) being counted AS ENTIRE PLANTS THEMSELVES so be careful

no prob, i hear (if u wanna make the road trip) in cali clones are like 10-15 bucks so maybe u can find a cool stoner 2 go in and buy one for u

In NY it's based on weight, not the number of plants...and I'm sure they weigh them wet, not dry (maybe even with the pots with soil in them too LOL). Also, growing is a felony in NY.

not sure but there are certain stipulations on how they charge u, if it's by weight u might have to crap ur plants cuz they weigh the whole plant
