getting a divorce in Florida.

sorry this has nothing to do with weed and its also a long shot but i thought i would try my luck.

Have a friend in from Belarus who married a guy from Florida, couple years later she gets pregnant he cheats on her and she leaves him and goes back to Belarus.

So she is trying to get a divorce from her husband but he is ignoring her 100%. just wondering if anyone knows how she can get a divorce with this guy totally ignoring her.

Check your state laws on divorce. Some states allow a divorce if the other person is missing and can't be contacted. Something about having things published in multiple news papers to try and get contact. After X amount of time, the divorce is granted via missing spouse. But not every state does that.
