Germination?

what is the best possible way for germination. Im planning on growing in-closet. any one with tips just let me know,

Go here https://www.rollitup.org/newbie-central/937-how-grow-marijuana.html I have recently tried this method and had a 100% turn out. A lot of people recommend putting the seeds in a damp paper towel, place it on a plate, then put the plate on top of something warm such as a computer tower or monitor. The roots seem to react well to more heat. Good luck and let us know how everything turns out.
