Anyone ever used grodan cubes for germination?

Got a few seeds from attitude seed bank, looking for the best way to germinate

With 95-100% success with the easiest method, why change?

Put 3 paper towels on a plate. Space the seeds apart from each other on top of the sheets. Mist with warm water.
Take a towel and gently press on the seeds. Put 3 more paper towels on top and spray again. Tamp gently with towel
and seal the whole shebang in a large sealable baggie. I blow a large breath of air into the baggie just as I close it up.
Seeds seem to do better with the extra CO2.

I use cup and water method, just fill a cup with water and throw the seed in, then wait for them to sprout and poor the water into median with the seed.

Keeps it from drying out, Requires no extra work just wait, when you poor the cup out into the new median it acomplishes planting and watering in with one step..100% success doing this method for years now.

I usually do paper towel in a cd jewel case ina bag to get seeds to crack then into rapid rooters. You can do rockwool cubes but soak in ph 5.5 water for an hour then do not squeeze put fling excess water out then put cubes in a humdity dome with good light so they stay warm. seedling mat helps
