Germination Quesiton

I got my seeds and I started germinating late last night. Its almost been 24 hours and i can already see one seed looks different.

Is it done germinating? It looks like a little flower. White stem and a green leaf. Does this mean I'm ready to throw this one in the soil?

Also when I put it in the soil, how far should i put it down ?

personally i throw mine in soil before the seed grows out it's taproot (white tip exposed after the seed "pops" from time in an extended moisture) and just keep it warm onder some lights,
in your case, i say plant it immediately, with the root in the soil and the seed close to the top of the soil so it can grow outwards into the light (it sheds the seed and that is where the cotyledons show themselves.

i put my seeds about 1/4-1/2 inch deep, i recently got 15/15 to pop and had 15/15 sprout above ground. excellent results. tga strains and some freebies.

If you see a leaf and haven't planted yet, do so immedietly! The sprouts should be in growing medium before any vegatation starts.
