Germination problems

Hey peeps,

I've been struggling to get some seeds to crack. I've tried already a few times with no success. I've tried different water types, soaking them in maxi crop liquid seaweed & different temperature ranges. The seeds are only a few years old and I've ran them before with high success?

Anyone here got any tips or ideas?

often my seeds are of dubois quality and sources, consider scarifying them before hand, and do soak in a glass of water with a half teaspoon of bleach,
once the seeds sink, remove immedialty then to a kitchen towel, ...dampen it, and hold it at 25c/77f...top of modem is good
