Germinating

Well I've got everything I need finally and all I need now is to germinate my seeds, which I'm having problems. If anyone can help me out with an easy effective way to do this please help.

rockwool - moisten rockwool , put seed in , put in plastic bag somewhere dark and warm and wait till u see the little seedling pop out

soil - put seed in soil just below surface and keep moist ,

Put clear plastic over it to keep moist.
