Just leave them the fuck alone. Dont let the paper dry. They will pop. I don't know why people do this with pot seeds. Does mother Nature have a fuckin paper tower for all weed seeds in existance? No. Pop the moitherfuckers in soil and lety them be. Less chance of trauma.
