Germinating seeds

I currently have seeds in wet paper towel, most have cracked open, they've been in the wet paper for 2 days, should i wait until they have a proper tail or pot them, cheers jungle

Either way, I waited until they had tails, but not needed, if u go with waitng be wary with them, tails can be easily damaged. A couple of mine were an inch or more, most just long enough to point down. Some simply put the seed in the soil and let them do their thing

Pot them, those that cracked are good to go. Those that didn't will likely pop once in medium. Happy planting.

Thanks for the replies, my main concern is that they could rot being in the damp paper to long
