Germinating in coco and rockwool

Im using a ghe waterfarm and Im using a rockwool cube and small coco cube. I've soaked both of them in fresh water then soaked them again in a water/ rhizotonic solution. I've got my light (250w powerplant CFL) turned on hanging about a foot above the rockwool (the coco is covering the seed so it should be OK) and Im going to spray the coco/rockwool with the water/rhizotonic solution until I can see its sprouted. ...

Lol yh man I was going to use just rockwool but the guy at my local hydroponic shop gave me the coco and rockwool cube for free Just hope it works out..
