Okay, afew people in my area tell me soil is "better" some say hydroponics is "better"

Im sure that either is better in certain ways so Im just wondering.......

What are the benefits of HYDROPONICS over soil???

with hydro you got everything in your hands, total ph control, total nutrias control. watering seems to be easier to control too, at leased with a E&B set-up. so it saves you the gambling with what is in the soil in terms of ph, water and food. did that help you?:)

you can grow it to its max, the strongest smokes a grown on hydro since everything can set to optimum and no fumbling with the odds...

what Im looking for is what is the benefit of the Final Product.
Soil. Think about it. It is a plant intended to grow from the earth and will pull nutrients as it sees fit and not a forced schedule.

I have tasted both and have grown both for over 30 years. Soil.

The biggest reason other than better taste is hydro systems can fuck you in the ass fast and everything is lost. One power failure or one bad nute schedule can trash and entire fucking grow. Fuck that shit. Soil is more forgiving and when you have all the important shit in the soil, fuck PH because dolomite lime keeps everything in balance but many do not know about dolomite lime in the soil mixes. The best potting soils contain dolomitic or dolomite lime and mycorrhizae. Look ONLY for these organic potting soils. This is the best kept secret for pot growers. The stuff will be the premium soil shit in the nursery so do not be shocked at $10.00 a bag.

If newbie grower listens to this one tip from an old timer, this would be the ticket. :blsmoke: bongsmilie :peace:
