I looked at this website General Hydroponics and looked under the organic section and found the "Go Boc" I know this website is for hydro I was wondering if they would also work for an outdoor grow.... Not to sure kinda a newbie look forward to hearing back.... thanks!

I used my go box indoor for a dirt grow, it worked well. Then I lent it to my buddy who does the outdoor over the summer. He tried it and it attracted coons or something that dug up a few plants. At least thats what we think happened. It was weird because he had one in a planter off the ground that got dug up shortly after being fed with the go box and he had a few get dug up out of the ground as well.

Well I would be in a some what controlled area in my back yard, only really worried about bugs... but I bet some of that squid stuff that is in one of those would attract all sorts of animals if in the woods...

Yup, they like the fish smell, it makes them think your plants roots are made of delicious fish guts. The go box works excellent, but if you use it outdoor I would recommend upping your security level from some what controlled to total control. I don't even know if a fenced in area would help, probably need a full on green house to be 100% safe. Its brutal going out to see your massive outdoor plants and finding a few of them ripped out.

This was his first outdoor grow this season, I helped with planting and a little trouble shooting, and we came up with the conclusion that growing outdoors is a PITA if you aren't using a green house. He has had every problem in the book, including 2+ weeks of 100 degree heat right at the time the autos were due to be harvested. Nute burn has got nothing on that kind of heat, one plant came out schwag brown. Everything else got cut early. We had bugs eating seedlings, got spiders in a couple plants, and I cracked into a bud the other day and a friggin huge worm crawled out of the stem... it was fucking gross, I was unable to smoke that bud. Yes the worm was alive and moving. It wasn't green either, it was burnt orange/brown similar to the plant it crawled out of.

Long story short just put up a green house... it should eliminate a lot of headaches.
