general hydroponic water farm

They display and run that system at my hydro shop. Works well. For the size of room you have its not something I would recommend. A 6' by 4' room would support a 4' by 4' flood and drain or aero or bubbler, etc. Not having the individual drippers is a big time savings not to mention the savings to your back. You could easily support 20 or so plants in such a system. If it were me, having already used drippers, I would check out one of these systems.
Whats the rest of the plan? A journal with pics would be nice. VV

I would put plastic down on the floor and let it come up the wall about 4".It doesnt matter how careful you are somethings always happen, even to the best growers. You dont want to come home to wet floors or carpet,or your down stairs neighbor calls the manager to report the water leaking from the ceiling. you get the pix, one oz of pervention is always better than a pound of cure.DWC farm is a very good system and so is there nutrs. its a decent setup, you'll be able to individually manage your plants along with having a communal water supply/ nutrient supply... my issue with this is, and i was just about to post a thread, is if anyone has any suggestions on an easy way to drain it... now in response to what the other guy said, yes, it does take a little extra work because you'll have to manually check the ph and ppm in each tub because the water doesnt continually circulate like it would in an ebb flow system or something else entirely... theres a give and take..
