General consensus of runoff in soil

When watering your plants, do you allow the excess water to absorb back into the soil? I'm having constant nitrogen toxicity problems and I think that by allowing the runoff water to absorb back into the soil it's causing nitrogen build up. Anyone else have this issue? This problem always happen at the end of my veg stage right before flowering.

Probably just feeding too much in veg

adjust your mix and application or suffer having to bring them all to the bathtub or garage every time you water.

A 20l pot holds 4 litres
