first and foremost welcome to the board
your plants arent looking very well, it is best to get them into proper draining pots and bury them lower, your plants are very stretched either youre light is insufficient or its too far away
as of right now no sex, but you need to have close up photos inorder to tell sex in the early stages,
i suggest reading the forum board inorder to have the best results possible for your grow

How about transplanting them
Once they get established in new home put them into 12/12 light cycle to sex your plant...in a few days of 12/12 it will start throwing pistils if its female. If so, put back on 24hr light ccycle to continue growth in veg cycle. What kind of soil are you using?

Are you looking for a fertilizer recommendation?
if you're going to go with MG, use very very very little, like about 1/8th the concentration they recommend for watering. Once, then go get something decent, and like someone else said, spend time doing the research. Lots to learn in this little game.
MG = Not a best choice, better than nothing if you don't over-fertilize, which you will.

it is still too early to tell sex.
you need to get proper pots , they cost about 60 cents at a local gardening or hardware type store depending on your country (location)
you need to transplant your plants into proper pots, they are very stretched right now due to improper lighting or lights being too far away
thats why they stretch they are trying to get to the light, or the light you have is insufficient,
I suggest you read and do research on marijuana and how it grows
what lighting system are you using?

Your plants need to be trans planted to a more comfortable pot asap when transplanted good soil water and sunor light
