its an incandescent bulb...2000hrs...not worth the money at all...better off to get high powered CFL's from lowes or home depot

1600 lumens isnt worth $65 bucks. I can get a pack of 5 1600 lumens Cfls for $5 bucks. If your gonna spend $65+ get a hps

yeah, a piece of crap go with 6500 K CFLS WITH REFLECTORS you'll get 5 times the growth per watt with that.
