Anyone using the Gavita reflectors with the Phillips double ended bulb? Im getting great results just wondering if anyone else is seeing the same.

I have been thinking about switching one of my open umbrellas for a gavita, Are you running a pro, or what ballast are you using?

Are this Gavita reflectors with 1000w dublesided bulb run hot.If you compare to HPS.

Do they all run on 240? Or can you get them for 110 volts?

The ballast don't get that hot, the area around the bulb does emit heat considering they are not air cooled. I love these things especially at 1150 true lumens not super lumen BS. They are all 240v with x plugs, they pull 4.3 amps each after start up.
