The agent provocateurs were just "Performing their Duties". I went and looked up on the Canadian police force job description and nowhere does it say that Police will be tasked with performing illegal and heinous acts of crime against the citizenry in order to incite violence against them. Im not sure its really a duty, I think someone might be lying.
