Funny Looking Plant

Something is going on here, but I can't find the answer. The sprouts seem to be growing fine, but have a funny color to them. Areas of light green. Like they were dusted with a lighter green paint on the old leaves and on the tips of the new leaves.

About 3 days ago I switched from CFLs to 400 HPS. The light is air cooled so I have the plants within 5 inches of the light, but it stays about 82 degrees at the most. Humidity is very low. About 40% after a watering and then it drops to about 20% as they dry out. I have an ultrasonic mister in there, but I think all the humidity just gets sucked right out.

2.Growing Indoors
3.Watering every 3-4 days with a total soaking with Spring Water - no nutes at all.
4. 50% Pro-Mix, 30% Perlite, 10% Lime, 10% Worm Castings.
5. These plants sprouted from seed about one week ago.

THANK YOU!

HELP! It seems to be spreading. The newer leaves seem to be turning a lighter shade of green over the entire leaf.
