Fungus Gnats & Whiteflies

NIGHTMARE of a grow. Had guys over to service my hot water heater and the assholes left a window cracked open. They lowered my blinds and curtains so I didn't notice that the window they ran a hose out of was left cracked. Over the summer all types of shit got in and were secretly breeding in my tent and soil. I noticed an occasional fly here and there but didn't know how bad it was until I harvested and was able to see my soil. I have a VERY BAD gnat problem. I am now trying to reveg my plants and am afraid the gnats may have killed my chance. I have watered with peroxide and water and I have topped the soil with cinnamon. I am still seeing live insects. What more can I do aside from letting it dry out? I really love this strain and the root system on these 2 ladies were perfect before these gnats. If I can save my two girls I'd like to. Anything you know to be successful in killing gnats would be greatly appreciated.

Hard to kill them when your in this deep and to not kill your plant .. The logical thing to do would be to garbage all plant life and heavily sanitize everything . If not than you may endup with a real infestation....

I order my predetor bugs from the link below. First time I had fungas gnats appear to become an infestation I bought 4 types of bugs, one of them for spider mites as a precaution, others were for gnats and thrips. Within a week no signs of any pest bugs in the garden or soil. Now I order $160 worth every 6 weeks, it’s pricey but I love the peace of mind of not having to worry about bad bugs. I wish there was such a simple solution for the other major issues like molds and mildews that can occur in this hobby.
