Hey there. Quick question. Do I need to PH when spraying fungicides? I’m using organicide plant doctor and my water comes out at a pretty high 8.2. Thanks.

Bubbled water only

If you use tap, chlorine can kill off the good fungi you want to foliar.

No ph when foliar spraying

Actinovate, serenade all good

Bubbled water

What most ppl do is have a water tank......garbage cans work great. Then we add an air stone to help dissipate the chlorine the city puts in the water to disenfect.

You ever hear "let your water sit for at least 24hrs for the chlorine to dissipate"?

Same thing.

I dunno about well water.

Your fine with that water.
Mix and spray..

You do not want to pH spray water's This is due to the fact that molds and fungus need specific pH zones to actually live.
Many treatments for PM and such. Simply change the pH of the plant surface to stop spore growth, or kill spores outright.

Actinovate/Serenade and home made living bio spray's actually start a "good" colony of bacteria living on plant surfaces that for about 2 weeks will stop spore growth by changing the plant surface pH to be out of the pH zone the spore or fungus can live in...

Now things like "Eagle 20" will inoculate the plant with a chemical that for around the same time length will actually kill the Mold that infects the plant....
This chemical is systemic. It gets sent through the whole plant. It stays effective till, the chemical becomes so diluted it does not have effective concentrations in the plant to work anymore.

These chemicals can be toxic or become toxic by high heats from smoking. Eagle 20 is basically a no no...... You might use it in VEG (only) as a way to control PM's while you clear the whole grow by use of a sulfur burner.....I prefer Green Cure and a good hard sulfur burn to clear a problem area of active molds.

Issues with buds already formed......Control the PM and Do not add any more plants to the bloom area till these effected plants are done and harvested.

NOW, place your plants your going to bloom into the bloom room, and run a sulfur burner HARD for 12 hrs or more...Exhaust the area for at least 30 min.

WARNING!

NEVER ENTER AN AREA THAT HAS BEEN SULFUR BURNER RUN TILL AFTER YOU HAVE EXHAUSTED (BY EXHAUST FAN) THE AREA FOR AT LEAST 30 MIN. All sulfur fumes must be exhausted!

You can "burn" your lungs or at least really hurt your lungs!

Thanks for your help guys. I don’t have any molds that I can see right now. Last round I got PM pretty bad. I got rid of everything, including tables. I cleaned and rebuilt my rooms and got new genetics. Then did a couple sulphur burns after heavy bleach and H2O2 cleanings. I’m really just wanting to use it for preventative.

And I do have air stones and I always let my water sit 24.
