Right, so my friend
has seeds to start his first grow. However, he is very poor and does not have the room to house loads of plants in the house.
However, what he does have is a large fish tank with a fluoro light above it.
Would it be possible to grow a few plants in here if they were flowered early (around 12") or is this a ridiculous method? Really tight on money, and believe it or not in this case the obvious (growing in the tank) is less obvious than if four six feet monsters are found in his closet.
Also, what would turn from seed to bud the quickest, photoperiods under 12/12 at 12", or autoflowering under light 24hrs (if this is possible?)
Any advice hugely appreciated. He'll be growing 'lowryder' style plants, so short in height.
He is a complete noobie, so please no flaming this is his first grow, and everyone has to start somewhere i guess! Will update everyone on his outside grow at some point too
EDIT: Heat is also a problem, as there will be no chance of extractors etc. Only going to be 3 plants max growing in the tank.
The tank is around 2.5 feet length, 1 foot height and 1 foot width.
