Can i put my buds that are curing in the crisper in the fridge?

I'm not sure, but I think that would add moisture back into your bud. Maybe I'm wrong since its kind of separate from the fridge.

i put my mason jars that are filed with curing buds in the crisper all the time...

remember to let them breath at least once a day for 5-10min or it'll go moldy

Why? Planning on making a salad out of them?

putting weed in the freezer almost stops the decomposition of thc (Ask Ed is my source) the fridge works half ass compared to freezing herb.
