About 150 milligrams orally for full inhibition, make sure to follow the diet. Take the harmaline about 45 minutes before ingesting the dmt, so all those bothersome enzymes are gone before the dmt arrives, around 50mg is a pretty standard dose, you might want a bit more depending on tolerance and your expectations for the trip. I'd suggest Pharmayuaca+mescaline for a truly incredible experience.
 
Some anti-depressants are chemically similar in action.

You should find a recipe for pharma-uasca. I hear it really interesting, alot less nausea than aya.

Yea do some sort of ayahuasca/pharmahuasca. But what ever you do make sure your not on any medications/drugs( ecstacy for example) or foods that interact with MAOI's... A quick google search will help you. It can potentiate shroom trips/most DMT relativetrips really good too.

You can even smoke some harmaline, realy nice effect.
I like the harmaloids so much, I have no problem just takeing them on their own and looking at the ful moon. You get that special feeling of something going onn behind the scenes, you do from acid. But, without an actual mind alteration... Dosage for oral uptake varies from person to person but should be in the 150 to 200mg range normaly. If you intend to do oral DMT with it, then take them at the same time, else take the MAOI give it an hour and hit up a pipe of DMT. Be prepared for a whole new level to the DMT experience. Its been nearly 2 months since I did drugs (appart from weed), after my last MAOI + DMT freebase episode... its THAT extreme.
 
vape like dmt, similar doses, its very dependant on phisiology, for you , it may be much smaller or much bigger doses, also it would potentiate the shit out of mushrooms.
 
woooow... i had some major fun with this stuff last night.

started out smoking a 50 mg hit in my bowl on a screen with some basil on top. nothin.

smoked another 50, nothin.

another 50 and i started to feel it. overall good feeling.

started to get one of the most interesting visual effects if ever had from anything. at the slightest movement of my body i would see these very distinct cocaine white streaks of light going all around my body in random directions. they reminded me of streaks of electricity. the real cool part was that it was controllable, every little movement would send these things going everywhere.

that only lasted about 35-45 mins, then i smoked a few more bowls like that to keep it goin.

now i have to go read the diet so i dont eat anything thats gonna fuck with me.

great fun overall. cant wait to try it with some mushies.
