Why not just get some 5630 LED strips? You can get a 36w 18" strip for 5$ each that put out 100 lumens/w with a typical 120 degree beam angle.

im not super stoked on the efficiency but i will hit them up for some samples as i want to redo my living room lighting and it would be awesome to have it circadian timed with blue in the am and red in the pm
