dude, i have the head cold from hell, my damn nose has been stopped up for 3 days now. i have more meds than i think i should. ive already tried all the common remedies, humidifier, spicy foods, vicks, saleen all that. i was wondering if anyone has any uncommon remedies they could share with me. i just want to breathe
 
trust me , ive been chiefin like crazy, no effect. where would i find ostrich milk? i didnt know ostriches had titties
 
The virus is going to run its course no matter , but drinking plenty of fluids and avoiding dehydration will help with the mucus issues .. Get some chicken soup a warm quilt and sweat , raising your temp will aide in ridding the system of the virus ..

Just fought one hell of a cold myself last month and it wound up becoming a damn sinus infection , more common with smokers unfortunately..

As far as the stuffed nose goes.. what i do is make a saline solution, cup some of the saline with your hand and snort it. let the saline come outta your mouth as you snort it. its nasty and kinda unpleasant but it works for me.

thanks yall, im pretty sure its not an infection, i tend to get bad nose bleeds when its a sinus infection. but i dunno. i dont do doctors so i know i gotta ride it out, but 1 open nostral would be fn great right now. well i havent tried a couple suggestions yet so im going to go handle that. thaks for the help yall

Yep! that's the best thing you can do is ride it out,you should be straight in about 2 days.

Ostrich milk is a generic for something that's a bit ridiculous to conceive ... bullshit reified. Although bulls exist and do shit, so perhaps I need to take a timeout while the metaphors duke it out in my skull like battling tops. cn

yea looks like. i just got done doin pushups in the bathroom with the shower on hell. didnt work. this is some bullshit. im on day 4 now hopefully i wake up better tomorrow.

I know drs suck but they can get rid of that sickness.If you went when you first felt crappy,you'd be better by now.*MAYBE)
