Congrats on your grow! It's an exciting road!

Just wanted to say if you don't have central air conditioning in your place, you may want to invest in a dehumidifier down the line. When those ladies go into flowering, you don't want the room full of hot moist air, which will cause bud rot.

Ah really , I didn't know that. Thanks for the great tip. Its very humid where I live. Its so bad that the kitchen doorknobs always have condensation on them.

Ok mini update.

I know its only been a few days but here are some new pics.

The 2 plants in the back seem to be doing well. the two in the front however are being weird. Its been 19 days from sprout.

I have the light schedule on 18/6 since day15.

airstone on 24hrs.

changed water out on the 20th with no nutes.

Now I have a few questions. When do you think I should start adding the nutes again? I'm working just with the ag stock nutes.
Should I be running the airstone 24/7? Also the one plant that has the toothpick helping it stand up, why does it look so different from the other plants?

Any input would be awesome thanks for stopping by and helping me out!!

Give em a couple more days, and if you can lower the light more, i had to break my AG hood off of the stand, and now i hang it above the plants, or you should get some extra CFL's in there, the extra light will help, i would wait a couple more days, exact thing happend to me

congrats on your grow. here is a tip that might help. dissolve your tablets in a 2 liter bottle of water for a more even distribution of nutrients. Peace

Hey guys,

Been a few days I added half a nute earlier in the week, the plants are doing good. Alot of new growth. I will take some pics this weekend!

I also added 2 more lights to the ag.

Hey guys,

Been awhile I am now 13 days into flowering, and from what I can tell all 4 plants are girls! I will post some pics soon right now they are sleeping. They look a whole lot better then before. I've been feeding them nutes often and they love it. I think that might of been the problem before.

Anyways, a few questions. How long does it usually take to tell for sure what sex? Its been 13 days and on 1 plant I'm not 100% sure if its female but looks like the others.
Also, I've read that the plants drink alot more in flowering, do you guys just fill the res once a day or through out the day?

Thanks for the help, will post some pics 2morrow afternoon when the plants wake up!

welcome bac man, all sounds good, i have 4 plants which take a lil more the half the rez a day, but only two of them are the biggest, so a rez a day would most likely happend with 4 plants, good lucc :leaf:

Congratulations on the females!! I'd say if that plant hasn't shown it's sex by now, it's more than likely a female, since male plants show their sex first.

Got some pics of the girls, I'm still rocking the camera phone. I will be getting a real camera soon for some good bud photos.

They are a bit droopy today , of course, only when I want to take pics they look droopy.

But they are doing real well compared to the last set of photos.

Will keep you guys updated every once and awhile with some new photos!

Question,

How low do you guys let the water in the res get before you refill it passed the "fill to here line"?

I'm going out of town for a few days and don't want the plants to die after all this work!

I only have 5 lights as of right now. Money is kinda tight but I will be adding 3 more lights soon. I'll take some more pics soon, I'll make sure to take some pics from the side!
