Fox farm quick question

Alright so i got a quick question. I bought the fox farm trio. Which one do i feed the plant in the first week. Do i mix them? And also how much of which type Of nutrient mL do i add to 1 gallon of distilled water.

follow the foxfarm directions. start at 1/4 strength.
you too can grow healthy plants.

full foxfarm nute lineup.

Foxfarm has an easy, week by week chart....go 1/4 strength using grow big, and 1/2 strength big bloom....the solids are expensive but go a long way,you can get those a week or two before flowering.
The chart says 15 ml per gal on BB and 10ml per gal on GB.....but start weak.

but i heard using the chart from fox farm was tooo strong for the plant?
