Fox Farm Products

I just found out there is a local gardening shop that sells the fox farm products. My question is that the best based on all you experienced growers. I know everyone tweaks and adds stuff at different times this is just the name i hear most often in the threads but didn't see one dedicated to just nutrients and such. Any of your insight would be much appreciated. I was just going to go to a home depot and pick up something for tomatoes but i think this is a much better option especially if i want these schwag seeds to turn into some skunk.

Don't buy anything from HD, all they sell is shit. Get the Fox Farm. Ideal for growing plants, especially pot. Has a good amount of nutrients and minerals in it already, so any real modification is not needed versus your average potting soil, which needs amendments such as lime. Better soil equals bigger bud, so spend the money it will be worth it.

Fox Farms is good stuff, you can use just the basic trio pack ( Big Grow, Big Bloom, Tiger Bloom ) and grow quality product. I use it not only on weed but on my cherry tomatos, garlic, and hot peppers. My Anaheim Chili peppers, and Jalapenos get the size of your forearm.

Ocean Forest, Grow Big for Veg and Tiger Bloom for flowering.
Sledge flush between stages.
I dont know about altering the shwaggy genetics of your bagseed, if you find a nute that does that call it the Philosophers Stone and let me know.
But you'll grow some proper dank shwag with this fomula, and ample amounts of it.

General Hydroponics- IMO
Or since it's bag seed you could go really cheap, and just buy a bag of blood meal, a bag of Phosphorus, and a bag of garden lime.
Grow your plants with that. Sell a oz. use the money to buy a nutrient line. Your plant just paid for your nutrients.
I'd take clones before you flower your plants, you never know they might be kick-ass.

I use Fox Farms and am pretty happy with the results. The one thing I will mention is it doesn't have enough N in it for my heavier feeders. To offset this I add Natures Nectar N 5-0-0. It is a good brand in general and I would recommend you try it.

i am currently running the full fox farm 10 product line and fox farm ocean forest soil.. i had my best results to date so far..my girls are 8 days into flower but look like theyre 3-4 weeks in flower...just follow instructions and feeding schedule that is available online and follow it to the letter, you will be very impressed...just dont try and be a mad scientist and start adding different products from other companies product lines(except for foliar feeding with botanicares liquid karma once a week..that shit is the bomb)..but all in all i love the fox farm line up..make sure in week 1 you go 1/2 strenght...next 3/4..then full on...thats what i did and havent experienced any deficiencies or nute burn what-so-ever.GL

Why don't you get some good seeds? Unless you are well versed in cannibus husbandry, and have a couple years to play with it, you aren't going to turn dirt weed into Acapulco gold.

I like to get potting soil from Bordines Nursery, and mic about 1/3 FFoF into it.

I heard that FF can be a little rich for clones and seedlings.

Thank you all for the feedback it was very helpful. The reason im using a bag seed is because i just built a grow box and am considering this the test phase. Since i posted this though i did go to Nirvana and order me some nicer seeds because my seedling / veg stage is going very well. And i know im not going to turn Mexican dirt weed into something all that amazing but i do plan to make it a better smoke then when i got it. Ill keep my eyes open for that philospher stone though :)

So i just got back from that garden store and had to share that all the fox farm products were 50 percent off i thought that was awesome lucky me.
