I just use the FFOF right out of the bag and don't mess with it. But I've seen many people on this site mixing it with Perlite, among other stuff. They get good results too.

yeah most have great success using FF soil and to each their own as far as mixing it with other compounds etc...
It usually goes for around $18-$20 per 1.5 cubic ft. You can go to their website to see if there are any distributors/retailers in your area as they have a locating map to guide you to the nearest one to you.

I used it to call the retailers closest to me and ask for the best deal....i.e. Shopped around
If not in the states, then best to see if some other internet company will ship to overseas.

Follow Sub's recipe and guidelines and will have great results. Also, you only have to use plain water your entire grow, no nutes. I use Fox Farm as a base and have amazing results.

This is exactly what I do and I think it works better than straight FFOF.

I think its a good idea. The ffof doesnt have enough phos to flower MJ, so i added guano. It worked like a charm. I also added perlite to keep it from holding onto water, because the guy at the grow shop told me some customers complain that it clumps.
FFOF guano, and perlite is a good combo, i have used exactly that, and it works.

I just like to add up to 33% perlite with Happy Frog or Ocean Forest.
