Doubtful.
You would have to center the plant & drop the light right down on top of it being only 40 watt lamps.
Those are pretty good for keeping mothers, seedlings and early veg.

the position im not worried about i would have to move inside but it looks like it says F 400 W cool white to me? i have bulbs in my garage that i know work they clearly say 40W, do you think its shoing F40CW cool white?

They are not 400w bulbs. I promise.

You do know that the ballasts go out on those things? I used to grow with them before CFLs came along. I'd throw them out after one or two grows, because the electricity wasn't worth the light a degraded unit emits.

They can be bought for less than $20 each. Here, Homedepot has 'em for $13/each. Two or three bucks for the lights.

Arrange one across and two to light a couple of sides, and you can get close to an ounce without a problem.

Reminds me of my college days, I'd have a grow going all the time. And that was way before I understood what sensemia meant.

CFL's are truly a waste of your time best used for seedlings as previous post suggested
