Found this bug what is it?

I started noticing white spots appear on my leaves . Plants effected are in various stages of growth . All are in promix soil .Today I was able to catch a picture of what I think is eating the leaves . What is it and is it a problem ?

Thrip most likely. Theres various organic sprays with spinosad or neem oil that will take care of them. Best to act on it before plants are budding
