there was another thread on here about plants that look like marijuana but arent. those definitly look like the plants that arent. the sides of the leaves look weird and i think the furry stuff on the stalks kinda gives it away too

I saw those growing in an in laws back yard and thought for sure someone was growing the hootch 
Upon further investigation, I found out it wasnt MJ and was the same thing you are asking about.
It sure does raise your eyebrows when you stumble across something like that though eh?
